Jim has been working for Exodus since it started in 1997. He is married to Eva and has 2 kids- Sophie and Peter. He taught for 12 years before helping pioneer the work of Exodus in Portstewart.

Jim's primary focus within Exodus is to provide leadership and keep a focus on the development the work. He is passionate about small groups and mentoring and believes that training is an important key to effective discipleship.
