Recently, in Exodus we have been asking ourselves big questions about the next few years.

• What is God asking of us now?
• How might we further respond to the challenges facing those we minister to?
• Which of the opportunities before us are just good and which are truly God's?

In wrestling with these questions, we have had the exciting sense of God's call and have written our 2012 Vision Plan which summarises the values, vision, aims and goals that we hope will define the ministry in the years ahead.

We think this vision is a big step, a bold dream and we hope that you will join us in this adventure; prayerfully, practically and even financially to seek a culture of discipleship that shapes ministry in Northern Ireland and impacts across the world!
