Internship

The Internship Programme at Exodus is a one-year full-time placement in one department of our ministry (Coleraine, Lisburn, Admin). 

Unfortunately there are no places for 2009/2010 however we still have opportunities for volunteers to work regularly or occasionally as part of one of the Lisburn or Coleraine centre teams or as part of the admin team (also based in Coleraine).

Role:

• Planning, running & serving in venue events such as the Saturday Night Programme First and Last Stop/Espresso ministries.
• Involvement in mentoring through Get Connected.
• Opportunity to be involved in work with local schools and churches.
• Serving in small groups and summer teams.

• Interns will be expected to assist in general admin work.
• Other tasks necessay to the work of Exodus

As well as the varied experieces of ministry and service in a wide range of contexts, the opportunity to be part of a team and to invest in the lives of young people the Exodus internship also provides:

• A bursary of £40 per week to one Intern in each department to help support them financially and covers travel and other expeses beyond communiting.  Exodus do not provide Interns with lodging or meals.
• The opportunity to be involved in a Biblical Training (through a college) to widen your knowledge base and develop the theological understanding of ministry and discipleship.
