Training is vital for disipleship but the ongoing support, encouragement and development of leaders is just as important.

Leaders 

We ask all our small group leaders to find a mentor who will be able to give advice when needed as well as providing a source of objectivity and accountability. Mentors are generally from the same church as the leader and are able to provide support through prayer, in practical ways and by helping the small group link with others within a church or community.

Training 

All mentors are trained to help them understand the role the leader will have as well as to appreciate how best they can use their time together.

Co-workers

Co-workers are also encouraged to find a mentor who will help them to grow spiritually and personally. At this stage Exodus does not have training for these mentors.
