The 360 Support
The 360 Adventure is a process combining different factors that will equip, support and release leaders in churches to disciple young people.
The key elements in this process are:
A Guide
An experienced advisor who helps the group set up and walks through the process with the church. Before a group is set up a church must meet with a guide or attend a 360 vision event.
Tools
Groups work through one of 4 Courses, Ex-plore, Ex-change, Express and Ex-tend suitable for people at different stages of growth. Each course is made up of two 8 session UNITS and groups are provided with manuals for leaders, journals for all group members, CDs, DVDs as well as Bible reflection and prayer resources.
Mentoring
Each leader has a mentor from their church to provide support, advice and pastoral care.
Training
All leaders and mentors are trained to help develop the knowledge, heart and skills required.
Renewal
All groups have the opportunity to feedback, to give ideas and even create additional resources that will benefit the process for future participants.
