How 360 Works

How 360 Works

The 360 Adventure provides groups with a course for the group to follow and support along the way.

The Course

Each 360 Adventure group follows one of four small group courses designed to suit young people at different stages of growth ranging from those who aren't Christians to those committed to discipling others.

Group Sessions
Each course has two UNITS of eight sessions. Sessions are designed to last about 2 hours and involve a range of activities including response to teaching, discussion on devotional times, community building, Bible study and prayer.

Turning the Group Out

The 360 Adventure also includes exercises designed to focus the group outward these include:

- Residential - One session is run during a 1 or 2 night retreat.
- Group Act of Kindness - A 2-3 hour community act of service.
- Ministry Placement - A final service project carried out for 5 or more days. Exodus provide options for the ministry placement through their Ex-port course.

Support

All group leaders are encouraged to find a mentor to encourage and help them. Once a group starts the leader will be connected with a guide from Exodus who will be available to give advice and take feedback on the group. The group will also have access to additional mini modules online.
