As a church based youth worker with experience in organising international trips for young people, I cannot recommend Exodus highly enough.

Last year our group embarked on a project that took us to Parhida, a remote village in the North West corner of Romania. The young people had an amazing experience there, one which will stay with them for the rest of their lives and one which impacted me as I watched their faith and confidence in God grow.

Not only did Exodus organise the logistics of this trip, through their Ex-port course, their assistance in The 360 Adventure in the run up was excellent. It has  4 different courses to choose from, tailored for different ages and stages of faith.

Our group followed The Ex-change course, a program which encouraged the group to consider seriously the challenge of living for Jesus. Weekly sessions backed up by a daily reading program meant that young people were encouraged to develop themselves and provided a structure of accountability and support.

I would encourage anyone keen to get their group involved in short term mission to consider using The 360 Adventure program. It provides an array of useful material which will help your young people to accept mission as a way of life and not just a summer experience.
