In Sept 08 we began our first 360 Adventure course - "Ex-change" - by the grace of God it has proved to transform our young people's lives. For a period of time we had identified the difficulty of gauging the spiritual growth of our young people as they walk in and out of organisations within which we scratch surface level with niceties but rarely get deeper. The question was asked what do we do?

The Lord provided the 360 Adventure course as a structured, all-encompassing small group resource able to be run within the domains of our own church.  Catering in a contemporary way for the needs of our young people "Ex-change" was fun yet scripturally thorough and has impacted beyond our expectations, Eph 3:20 was fulfilled!

Through the 'midweek motivator', (a motivational text sent by a group member) we've seem Barnabus' come out from the woodwork and beginning to shine for the Lord.  Through the 'Connect 3s', (3 young people as prayer partners) the self-consciousness of praying aloud is gradually being conquered. 

As a finale to the course our service was "door to door" in our local area - boldness in the Lord was born. Not only did the course impact our young people's lives all who led reported to have been thoroughly blessed, regarding the material as so accessible, easy to understand and apply. In co-ordinating the groups the maintenance was hassle free, never a case of, "here is your material now go off and lead your team"- the follow up from Exodus was superb, the support team were always willing to help resolve any difficulties or provide extra material and the fact that a day was devoted to training leaders settled any worries.

Our next two courses "Export" and "Exchange-part two" are commencing in February, the enthusiasm is mounting! Highly recommended to any church seriously wanting to see young peopled discipled and growing in the Lord.
