Meet Caitlin! Caitlin is the Children’s, Youth and Family Coordinator at First Lisburn Presbyterian Church. She
has been involved in Exodus since she was an intern for Southdown in 2021.
Since then she has led 3 teams to Coleraine, Hungary and Slovakia. She is excited to lead team 29 to Moldova this summer and meet her new team!!

Dan is 31 and works in a school as a Science Technician. He enjoys hiking, the outdoors and playing board
games. He led his first Exodus team to Batorkeszi, Slovakia during the summer of 2024. It was a great
experience for him to serve God and others in another country and he's excited to see what God has
planned for this team in Moldova!

Welcome to Moldova!
Welcome to Moldova!
You'll arrive at Chisenău International airport, where you'll be greeted by your hosts and travel two hours together to the Biseriсa Lumina Lumii Church (translated as The Light of the World Church) in Bălți, Moldova.
You'll join with another Exodus team for two days and get stuck into the launch programme: a programme packed full of fun, team building, learning about Moldovan culture with a visit to the close-by city, ministry preparation, and exploring the Bible together.
After completing the launch programme, you'll travel with your host Pastor Pavel and his team to the Sfânta Treime (Holy Trinity) Church in Cantemir. You'll stay with your host, typically in a home or church hall, and join their community for the week.
Your team will lead kids clubs in the neighbouring villages, run youth programmes, undertake practical work and visit families in need.
This time is perfect if you love to embrace adventure, serve others and immerse yourself in a new culture.
Practicalities
TRANSPORT
Local transport will be provided by members of the Church.
ACCOMMODATION
The team will stay in the church which has shower facilities or with host families.
Day Planner
Day 1
Board your bus and travel to Dublin Airport before your flight to Chișinău. Travel with your hosts by minibus/cars (2 hr) to Balti.
Day 2-3
Throw yourself into an action packed Launch programme with another Exodus team. Finish the launch and travel to your placement.
Day 4-10
Stay with and serve alongside your host through children's, youth and practical ministry.
Day 11
Say goodbye and travel home.

The Host
Sfânta Treime
Sfânta Treime (Holy Trinity) Church in Cantemir exist to make disciples, plant new churches and raise leaders. The church began in 1999 and has planted two other churches in nearby villages.
Story & Staff
The community of Sfânta Treime have a strong desire for as many people as possible to hear about Jesus. Pastor Boris says 'The best method is to show them God's love through our actions and personal example.'
The church do this through physical help, help with food products, personal testimony, prayer and encouragement.
