To see generations of young people boldly follow Jesus in Mid Ulster.

Through Exodus Teams, outreach events, schools ministry and more, we will stand alongside local churches in reaching out and raising up wholehearted followers of Jesus.

After an exciting pioneering phase, and with the support of the local Church community, we are now hiring for the first time in the area.

This hugely exciting new role comes after 12+ months of prayer and pioneering in the local community, focused on developing partnership and building support. Throughout this process, we’ve been inspired by the opportunity for outreach and partnership across the community of Mid Ulster.

Since Exodus launched in 1997 we have witnessed God’s favour in seeing thousands of young lives transformed in the North East.

And yet, we believe that the best days lie ahead.

We see a renewed hunger and openness to faith amongst young people and we believe that God has more in store for this area. And so, we are striving to:

• Reach those who are far from Christ.
• Journey with young disciples in becoming bold followers of Jesus.
• Raise up servants and disciple makers.
• Serve local churches in their ministry to young people.
• Collaborate with schools in providing rich opportunities for pupils.

We are looking for a leader who shares this heart and has the skills and experience to lead the local ministry and team forward.
