How can we help the next generation to follow Jesus?
At Exodus, we believe that we must journey with young people; joining them in the adventure of life and accompanying them as they step closer to Jesus and out into the world.
This has been our conviction since 1997, and we have been sustained and supported by the generosity of parents, team leaders, churches and partners ever since. Together, we have seen over 10,000 young people join an Exodus team, launched a sister organisation in Eastern Europe and heard countless stories of transformed lives. Looking ahead, we are determined to continue growing and reaching more young people who are furthest from the Church. Our goals in the next year include:
- The establishment of a new Exodus base in Northern Ireland, through our Journey Together project.
- Training and equipping the next generation of youth leaders through our reimagined internship scheme, Emerging Leaders.
- Connecting with over 1000 young people through our SOAR Leadership and Alpha courses.
To help us continue serving young people, 2 generous trusts have once again partnered with us in our BOOST campaign. This means that any new or increased gift will receive a 50% ‘BOOST’.

With this in mind, we are inviting anyone who has been impacted by the work of Exodus to consider establishing a regular gift towards the ministry. Any new or increased gift will go directly towards an Exodus area of your choice and be used to impact the lives of local young people.
