Fathers are more important than we think.
Over the past three years, we’ve watched God open doors for Legacy in churches across Northern Ireland and beyond. We’ve seen fathers commit to following Jesus together, faith take root in homes, and churches catch a renewed vision for discipleship in the family. We’ve provided opportunities for fathers, grandfathers and father figures to invest in their children’s lives. What a joy!
As this ministry grows, we’re excited to share that we are now recruiting a Greater Belfast Regional Lead to join the Legacy team.
This is a relational, missional role involving church partnership, programme delivery, and contributing to cultural change through the discipleship of fathers. We’re an upbeat team with a big vision, focused minds — and a habit of carrying hiking boots, a Bible, and a flip chart wherever we go.
This role is for someone who follows Jesus, loves their family, understands the church, and is energised by seeing families thrive.
